The Firstfill is an introductory gas filler for customers wanting to make low volumes of Argon filled insulated glass units. It has a flow rate of 10 litres a minute and uses the two hole filling method.

The Firstfill features the same quick reaction gas sensor as used in the rest of the Inagas range. Firstfill features include a vacuum gas sensor pump, semi-auto calibration, adjustable gas fill targets and IG production statistics.

The Interfill is a compact single line 25 litre a minute machine designed for the production of Argon gas filled insulated glass units. The Interfill is capable of gas filling using a one or two hole filling method.

The Interfill KX has the additional feature of variable vacuum and flow rate control making ideal for gas filling with Krypton/ Xenon or mixed gases.

The Multifill-1&2 range has been designed to operate with all the inert gases and mixtures used in the insulated glass market using the two hole filling method..

The Multifill-1 has a variable flow control between 1-15 litres a minute. This allows the customer to gas fill with Argon at the higher flow rate to maximise filling times. The flow rate can then be slowed down when using Krypton/ Xenon and mixed gases to minimise wastage of the more expensive gas.

The Smartfill-1&2 is a single line 30 litre a minute machine designed for the production of Argon gas filled insulated glass units. The Smartfill-1 is the first machine in the Inagas range to be equipped with the unique Smartstart lance system as standard which can be used either to gas fill using the one or two hole filling method.

The Smartfill-4 is a four line machine designed for high production of Argon gas filled insulated glass units. Each line operates independently from one another with a combined maximum flow rate of 120 litres per minute using the Smart start lance system.

The Smartfill-4 has all the benefits of having two Smartfill-2 machines but with the added convenience and mobility of a built in trolley system.

The Smartspeed 1&2 range is available as either a single or twin line machine designed for high speed Argon gas filling.

The internal IG pressure sensor automatically regulates the variable filling speed between 70-85 litres a minute to ensure a pressure balanced and accurate gas fill. Features from the Smartfill range such as the Smartstart Remote, Data logging and Print Feature are included as standard.
