A manual quick and easy solution to finishing the seal on hot melt units. The thermostate maintains the temperature to ensure a good bond. Operated by pulling the trigger to extrude the sealant. The pot reservoir is filled by using the bulk hot melt dispenser.

The air operated hot melt gun designed for the larger producer of gas filled units. The gun is filled with sealant using the bulk hot melt dispensed, a thermostat keeps the sealant at the correct temperature. Reliable, easy and fast to use.

Now available a simple and effective way to use PIB primary seal tape without the need for expensive equipment. It has been found that PIB is an effective barrier against gas loss for both hot melt and 2 part edge sealants. The Inagas tape is a butyl rubber, two sided, self adhesive tape reinforced with a cotton mesh for stability. This unique tape has been developed for spacer bar used in insulated glass units.

The applicator will take any width of spacer bar. Simply push 4 metre bar lengths through the machine, which will apply the butyl tape to both sides of the spacer. The bar is then cut to the required size and filled with desiccant, made into a frame and the backing paper removed.

Gas sleeves and plugs
Available in Grey, Black, White and Gold to match the spacer colour. The standard hole size is 6.5mm, smaller sleeves are available to suit narrow width spacer. All sleeves and plugs are packed 5000 per box.

Silicone Plugs
Conical shaped designed to fit either gas filling corner keys or gas filling sleeves, they are used typically with a hot melt edge sealant.
