  • NOVA™

For over 20 years, Sparklike Handheld devices have helped insulating glass manufacturers verify gas fill levels in sealed units. The new Handheld NOVA continues this legacy with an updated design, improved usability, and enhanced measurement capabilities.

Measure argon concentration inside insulating glass units quickly and without damaging the sealed unit.

Gas-filled insulating glass units rely on the correct gas concentration to achieve their designed thermal performance. Argon and other insulating gases are commonly used to improve IGU insulation.

    Key benefits:

    • Non-Destructive Measurement - Verify gas concentration without drilling or damaging the insulating glass unit.

    • Reliable Quality Control - Confirm that sealed units contain the correct gas fill to meet performance requirements.

    • Portable and Easy to Use - The handheld device enables measurements directly in the production environment or during inspections.

    • Improved Usability - The redesigned interface and ergonomics make measurements easier and more efficient.

    • Trusted Technology - Based on the proven Sparklike handheld measurement method used worldwide for over 20 years.

  • Sparklike Laser™

Inagas is proud to represent Sparklike who over the last 15 years has become known for their non-invasive gas detection devices. The Sparklike Handheld™ and Sparklike Laser™ are considered industry standard worldwide.

The Sparklike Laser™ product is based on laser technology (TDLAS) to measure the Oxygen content inside an IGU, results are then converted to display an Argon, Krypton or mixed inert gas reading.

    Key Benefits

    • Analyse double and Triple IGU

    • Analyse through coated and laminate glass

    • Accurately determine IGU glass and cavity thickness

    • Accurately measure from 1-99% gas content

The Sparklike Laser™ is available in two distinct versions.

    1. Sparklike Laser Standard™, an offline solution for test labs and desktop use.

    2. Sparklike Laser Portable™, a whole system integrated into a heavy duty case with wheels and a battery for mobility in factories and building sites.

  • Sparklike Laser Integrated™

Sparklike Laser Integrated™ – Automated non-invasive insulating gas measurement station to the IG-line

Sparklike Laser Integrated™ brings automated, non-invasive gas measurement directly into your insulating glass (IG) production line for both double and triple glazing, including most coated and laminated glass.

By integrating the device into your insulating glass assembly line after gas press, you gain continuous quality control, optimized gas filling accuracy, and real-time data for every unit produced.

With Sparklike Laser Integrated™, your production gains:

    • Higher process efficiency

    • Consistent insulation performance across all units

    • Reduced callbacks and waste

Upgrade your IG line with precision, automation, and measurable savings — all in one solution.

  • TestOxy

Producers of insulated glass who have passed the EN 1279 parts 2 & 3 for gas filled units are required to test gas filled units on a regular basis to maintain their certification and ensure continued consistency of quality.

The latest TestOxy instrument is easy to use and powered by maintenance free batteries, which can recharge using the provided charger. The TestOxy can be used with all I.G. gases such as Argon, Krypton, Xenon and mixed gases.

    Specifications

    Dimsensions: 140 x 85 x 45mm
    Weight: 0.4kg

    Testing Process

The testing is done by pressing the start button, the LED display starts by showing the Inagas logo which indicates the warm up and calibration sequence has started. The screen will then display 00 and is ready to take a gas sample. Insert the probe into the unit, press start and the reading will show the percentage of gas in the unit.
